We know of no better way to engage youth than to throw a party! Our signature period parties center around a create-your-own period pack activity, where we provide a variety of supplies and kid-approved goodies to include. You can feel the enthusiasm as they prepare their packs - ready for whenever they need it. Our events include a Period Empowerment Speaker, engagement with educators, art projects, and information about resources available at their schools. With music playing, red balloons, and delicious food, the atmosphere is light, festive, and inclusive. At these parties, periods are no longer taboo!

We provide local elementary and middle schools with our signature First Period Packs for any student who unexpectedly gets their first period during the school day. These packs are pre-assembled care packages that are filled with useful supplies, including a variety of different sized menstrual products, and a few unexpected surprises (e.g. tea bag, lollipop, chocolate, fun vinyl stickers, gel pen). Each pack also contains a tween-drawn graphic offering normalization and support around menstruation. For those who can’t make it to a period party, we’ve got you!

We are currently developing our Mpowerment Lab series that will help elementary and middle school students learn about their bodies, discern unhelpful societal and media messages, and focus on becoming a leader and self-advocate around their health. We are unique in that we offer these labs at no cost to public schools or participants. Much like our parties, we engage youth in creative and active ways, sparking conversations and self-insights. These labs won’t just expand knowledge - they will build confidence, community, and voice!
